We are seeking versatile and dependable Event Technicians to support the technical and logistical execution of events. This role combines elements of setup, audio-visual support, and on-site troubleshooting to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment, including staging, lighting, audio, and dance floors and video wall
• Operate and support basic audio-visual systems during events
• Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues in real time
• Coordinate with DJs, AV teams, and event coordinators
• Follow event layouts, timelines, and production schedules
• Ensure all equipment is handled safely and maintained properly
• Provide on-site support to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs or more)
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work both independently and under supervision
• Reliable transportation to various event locations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in event production, AV support, or technical setup
• Basic knowledge of sound, lighting, or staging equipment
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in live events
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Work Environment:
Event Technicians work in a wide range of environments, including indoor venues and outdoor event spaces. The role is physically demanding and may involve long hours, especially during large-scale events.
