We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Event Setup Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing event spaces before, during, and after events. This includes setting up equipment, arranging furniture, and ensuring everything is organized and ready according to event specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up tables, chairs, stages, tents, and other event equipment
• Load and unload trucks with event materials and supplies
• Follow layout diagrams and instructions from supervisors
• Assist with basic décor placement and signage setup
• Tear down and clean up event spaces after events
• Ensure equipment is handled safely and stored properly
• Provide general support to event coordinators as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Prior experience in event setup, warehouse, or manual labor is a plus (but not required)

Work Environment:
This role involves both indoor and outdoor work, often in varying weather conditions. Shifts may be long and physically demanding, especially during large events.
