We are looking for dependable and efficient individuals to join our Event Breakdown Crew. This role focuses on dismantling event setups after events conclude, ensuring all equipment and materials are safely packed, removed, and stored. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dismantle tables, chairs, stages, tents, and other event equipment
- Pack and organize event materials for transport and storage
- Load trucks efficiently and securely with equipment and supplies
- Remove décor, signage, and other event elements carefully
- Clean and restore event spaces to their original condition
- Inspect equipment for damage and report any issues
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs or more)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work late-night or overnight shifts
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under time constraints
- Reliable transportation to and from event sites
- Previous experience in event work, moving, or manual labor is a plus

Work Environment:
