We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented AV Technicians to support the setup, operation, and breakdown of audio-visual equipment for events. In this role, you will ensure high-quality sound, video, and lighting performance while providing technical support throughout events. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for technology and live event production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, test, and operate audio, video, and lighting equipment
• Install and configure microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, and lighting systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently during events
• Monitor sound and video quality throughout events
• Coordinate with event planners, DJs, and production teams
• Break down and safely store AV equipment after events
• Maintain and organize inventory of AV gear

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of audio-visual systems and equipment
• Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation to event sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with live sound mixing, lighting control, or video systems
• Familiarity with AV software and digital consoles
• Background in event production, theater, or broadcasting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Work Environment:
This role involves working in a variety of settings, including indoor and outdoor venues such as weddings, conferences, concerts, and corporate events. Technicians may work long or irregular hours depending on event schedules.
